FIT BRIT PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS

By applying to or participating in the Fit Brit Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

Partners must be at least 18 years old. All applications are subject to review and approval by Fit Brit.

Fit Brit may approve, decline, suspend or remove a Partner based on brand fit, participation, performance, compliance or misuse of the Program.

COMMISSIONS AND TRACKING

Approved Partners begin at the commission rate displayed in their assigned offer. Commission rates may increase through performance tiers or special promotions.

A commission is earned only when a qualifying purchase is properly attributed through the Partner’s approved referral link or audience discount code. The standard attribution window is 90 days.

Commissions are not earned on personal purchases, canceled or returned orders, fraudulent transactions, code misuse or other ineligible purchases. Fit Brit may correct, deny or reverse commissions when necessary.

DISCOUNT CODES AND PERSONAL PURCHASES

Partners may promote only the audience discount codes and links issued or approved by Fit Brit. Codes may not be posted on coupon websites, cashback platforms or browser extensions without written permission.

Active Partners may receive a personal-use discount on eligible Fit Brit merchandise. Personal discounts may not be shared, transferred, combined with other offers or used to purchase products for resale. Personal purchases do not earn commission.

Fit Brit may change or deactivate links, codes or personal benefits due to inactivity, misuse or Program changes.

CONTENT AND DISCLOSURES

Partners must:

• Share truthful opinions and experiences
• Describe Fit Brit products and promotions accurately
• Clearly disclose their relationship with Fit Brit in each promotional post
• Follow applicable laws, platform rules and FTC endorsement guidance
• Avoid false claims, deceptive pricing or misleading urgency
• Avoid offensive, discriminatory or harmful content
• Obtain permission before using paid advertising containing Fit Brit trademarks

Clear disclosures include “I earn commission from purchases,” “paid partnership” or “#ad.” A branded hashtag such as “#FitBritPartner” may be used in addition to a clear disclosure but should not be the only disclosure.

PAYMENTS AND TAX INFORMATION

Qualifying commissions are paid according to the schedule and payment method communicated through the Partner portal or by Fit Brit.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for any taxes associated with their earnings. Payments may be delayed until required information is complete.

BRAND ASSETS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fit Brit owns its trademarks, logos, product images and other brand materials.

Partners receive a limited, nonexclusive and revocable right to use approved Fit Brit assets solely to participate in the Program. Partners may not impersonate Fit Brit, alter the brand in a misleading way or imply employment, ownership or endorsement beyond the approved partnership.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Gifting, higher commission rates, paid campaigns, event invitations, product input and other ambassador benefits may be offered based on participation, performance, content quality and campaign availability. These opportunities are not guaranteed.

SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND CHANGES

Either the Partner or Fit Brit may end participation at any time. Fit Brit may immediately suspend or terminate an account for fraud, inactivity, misuse, policy violations or conduct that may harm the brand.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable unless they are connected to returns, fraud, self-referrals, misuse or another violation of these Terms. Fit Brit may update these Terms as the Program changes. Material updates will be communicated through email, the Partner portal or the registration page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

FIT BRIT PARTNER PROGRAM PRIVACY NOTICE

Fit Brit respects the privacy of applicants, Affiliates and Brand Ambassadors participating in the Fit Brit Partner Program (“Partners”). This notice explains how Partner information is collected, used and shared.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Fit Brit and its service providers may collect:

• Contact and application information, including your name, email, phone number, mailing address, business information and social media or website links
• Account, payment and tax information needed to administer the Program and issue payments
• Referral activity, clicks, sales, commissions and other performance information
• Technical information, including IP address, device information, browser information, cookies and tracking identifiers
• Communications you send to Fit Brit or through the Partner portal

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use Partner information to:

• Review applications and administer the Program
• Create and manage Partner accounts
• Track referrals, calculate commissions and process payments
• Communicate Program information and provide support
• Prevent fraud, investigate misuse and enforce Program Terms
• Meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
• Evaluate and improve the Program

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Program, including Refersion, Shopify, payment processors, tax and accounting providers, and communication platforms.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud or misuse, or to protect Fit Brit’s legal rights.

Fit Brit does not sell Partner personal information.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Refersion, Shopify and related service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to track referrals, purchases and commission eligibility. These technologies are necessary for the Program’s tracking and reporting functions.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain Partner information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, process payments, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect Partner information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information.

Partners may opt out of marketing communications at any time. However, active Partners may still receive administrative messages necessary to operate their accounts and the Program.

AGE REQUIREMENT AND POLICY UPDATES

The Program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Fit Brit does not knowingly accept Partner applications from minors.

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes to the Program or our practices. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
